Coming from a background working in museums, On the Table was a natural extension of concepts Chris has always gravitated towards; sharing knowledge and stories with others, and embracing the fundamental role food has in connecting people. It provided an opportunity to open a conversation within his community around the impacts our choices have, particularly through the lens of small-town living.
